Fast Fusion, LLC, specializes in the manufacturing of a self propelled polyethylene pipe fusion machine. The Fast Fusion machine incorporates an enhanced cooling system that has dramatically increased the production capacity and the number of fusion welds produced per hour over any other machine offered in the industry.

2005, August 23
Polyethylene Fusion Weld Integrity Testing Results
Fast Fusion has commissioned an independent laboratory to perform elevated temperature-slow growth crack testing, extrapolated over the lifetime of the pipe (50 years). Results prove the welding procedure and technology to be as good as the pipe itself.
